Ultimate Vegan Nachos!
We went over out our friend Sara Beth’s place to help her set up her new domain Vegan Sara Beth and to test a recipe she is working on for a class she will be teaching soon. We got to assemble our own ultimate vegan nachos from a bunch of fresh and super good tasting toppings. I put everything on mine (I mean, how could they be called ultimate if they don’t have everything on them?).
